Lately, we have been consuming lots of bread… Greased in butter, topped with mayo chicken, lettuce, tomatoes; as a base for melting bubbling Gouda, Emmental, or Cheddar; smeared half-and-half in chunky peanut butter and Nutella; or just the good Ol’ kaya and butter… toasted till crisp, you can hear the crunch!
Life is too short to be on a diet! Besides, studies have shown that individuals on a low-carb diet appear to be more depressed and less contented generally. As an active mother, the majority of my food intake is made up of carbs, and I can only say, I’m loving them!
